I have been supporting small businesses in an admin role for many years. Through running rehab programs, to daycare centers, helping churches establish structure, running real estate offices, and working in human resources in a large school district, I have enough experience for hours of good conversation. I've seen it all! And because of this, I've learned how to run an effective business. I know what's required because I’m in the trenches.
